When you need to print a Supplies Information report about estimated toner level (life remaining), toner cartridge numbers, and consumable part life, follow the steps below.

1. Switch on the printer.
2. On the control panel, press the Menu button  (the three dots above OK button).
3. Using the left and right arrow buttons navigate from Copy feature ➥ Copy Setup ➥ System Setup ➥ Press OK.
4. Then from System Setup ➥ Machine Setup ➥ Paper setup ➥ Sound/Volume ➥ Report and press OK.
5. After pressing OK you will come to Configuration ➥ Network Configuration ➥ Supplies info and then press OK.
6. Select Supplies Info., and then press OK.
7. Select Yes and again press OK.
   
   The printer will print a Supplies Information report which looks like one below.
